These are the resources I have learned from and love to use.

The Sourdough Journey, run by Tom Cucuzza, is a wealth of resources, education, and tools for all levels of bakers. I love all of the charts for bulk fermentation, and use them every bake, as well as the crumb . These tools were critical for improving my bakes!

This was the first book I read about sourdough, its beautifully written and feels like a love letter to the tradition of bread making, there are fantastic explanations of all the bread making processes and wonderful recipes. I recommend this book if you are newer to sourdough, or just love learning about it!

The amazing mind behind Petal & Proof (sourdough) and Petal & Patisserie (Baking) is my close friend Kristen. We met through instagram, and she has been such a wealth of knowledge, and knows so much about sourdough, as well as baking without sourdough and she has the most incredible recipes for sourdough and non sourdough items. She is creative, inspiring and amazing with troubleshooting, shes my go to when I have baking questions.

Trevor J Wilson, the author of “Open Crumb Mastery” is a fantastic wealth of information, while I am still reading his book I have learned so much, and the processed I have implemented from his book have already improved my bread significantly, on his instagram he posts wonderful videos showing his processes, and the captions are packed with so much great information.

Sourdough Geeks, the Facebook group is a fantastic group to join here you can build community, find loads of input on your loaves, as well as share your own knowledge.

I think at this point you’ve probably seen that I am a huge Floret fan, but did you know that their website has an amazing library? Full of gorgeous flower photos and wonderful information about the flowers. I use this library for reference images as well as for gardening information.
